Our Founding Story in a few sentences

A commitment to not just believing in our values, but putting them into daily practice.

1 - Identifying The Problem
We didn’t start this journey together — but each of us came to the same realization: Europe struggles with AI adoption. In past roles, we saw colleagues using AI without guidance or avoiding it completely. At the same time, we experienced its potential to save costs and unlock opportunities. Leaders across Europe echoed the same issue: no plan, no structure, no literacy. And the only solutions we found were outdated video courses and quizzes.
2 - Joining Forces
Marko and Dejan set out to tackle one of AI’s hardest problems: refining prompts while ensuring compliance. At the same time, Finn and Sofia were building the first foundations of what would become enablr. By chance, Roland brought both teams together. Two separate ideas merged into a shared vision — to create something bigger than any of us had imagined: a platform that makes AI practical, accessible, and transformative for businesses everywhere.
3 - Finding our Rhythm
In just one month, we aligned on our vision, roles, and timelines. From there, we moved fast — building early features and putting our ideas into the world. We set our values clearly: speed over perfection, feedback over assumptions, and real impact over empty promises. Our mission is simple: to create a product that companies and employees truly want, because it solves real problems they face every day.
